Current Roles We're Hiring For:

Mobile Technicians​

As a Mobile Technician, you will be the face of Poo Pal's, visiting clients’ homes to provide our professional pet waste scooping service. You’ll drive to customer locations, efficiently clean up dog waste, ensure areas are properly sanitized, and leave everything secured. We’re looking for people who are reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working outdoors. A valid driver’s license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client properties to scoop and bag pet waste

• Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of all outdoor spaces

• Provide excellent customer service

• Update clients on job completion and any observations

• Secure all areas before leaving the property

Lead Technicians​

Lead Technicians are responsible for overseeing the Mobile Technicians and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard. You will manage daily routes, assist with troubleshooting, and step in to provide hands-on support when needed. This role is ideal for someone with experience in fieldwork and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Mobile Technicians and ensure quality service

• Assist with route planning and troubleshooting issues in the field

• Ensure team members are meeting customer expectations

• Provide feedback and training to improve service quality

• Maintain communication between technicians and operations

Operations Manager​

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Poo Pal’s, ensuring smooth workflow, team management, and excellent customer service. You’ll be responsible for managing schedules, optimizing routes, and maintaining high operational efficiency. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all field operations and ensure timely service delivery

• Manage technician schedules and optimize daily routes

• Coordinate communication between teams and management

• Ensure operational policies are followed and improve processes

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Sales/Admin​

Our Sales/Admin team plays a vital role in ensuring the business runs smoothly. From answering client inquiries to handling bookings and supporting technicians, you’ll be at the heart of our customer interactions. We’re looking for individuals who are organized, great communicators, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and manage bookings

• Process payments and update client information

• Provide administrative support to field teams

• Assist in generating quotes and managing customer accounts

• Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient communication

Marketing​

The Marketing team at Poo Pal’s helps grow our brand and reach more customers. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media, and driving campaigns that increase awareness of our services. Creative and data-driven marketers will thrive in this role.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness

• Manage social media platforms and engage with our audience

• Create content for digital and traditional marketing campaigns
